Lamborghini Urus SUV Reportedly Confirmed for Production

We get why Lamborghini would want to make an SUV, slowly turning the brand into a second Porsche, if you will, as it will allow it to concentrate on developing really good sports cars, while making the bulk of its profits from an off-roader and possibly a luxury sedan.

Furthermore, they can do one better than Porsche, in fact, because they can argue that they have tradition on their side, having previously built another high-powered and exclusive SUV, called the LM002, of which they made 328 examples from 1986 to 1993.

Tonight Show's Pumpcast News Prank Turns Couple Into Overnight Stars, But Was it Real?

Jay Leno recently scored a hit on The Tonight Show with an episode of the popular gas station sketch called “Pumpcast News” after a musical prank starring a former Chicago bartender Will Sims and his fitness instructor wife Monifa, went viral garnering more than 7.5 million views since the video was uploaded on YouTube on May 9.

The couple was at a gas station filling up their minivan when the screen on top of the pump went live with fake news anchor Jack Rafferty, portrayed by Tim Stack, for the “Pumpcast News”, engaging in a conversation with Will before asking him to sing for the show, something that he did with great success.

What Do You Say About This 1973 Citroen SM Coupe That's For Sale on eBay?

Seeing a Citroen SM on the roads of Europe is a treat, because these cars are by no means common, due to their specialist status, the relative low number in which they were built, and the high associated acquisition and restoration prices.

If you live in the US, chances are you’ll never see one, because not that many were imported and, like the car we are about to show you, plenty are kept in storage, slowly decaying away.

Why Buy the New BMW M5, When You Can Get 568HP with the Old One?

I’m one of those people who does not like the new BMW M5, and I have some arguments to back it up. I’ve always preferred the previous generation car, based on the E60 body, simply because it feels and sounds like more special, from the crazy styling it shares with all its 5-Series brethren to the unique, F1-inspired five-liter V10. Year of the Saab: China's BAIC Motors Launches 9-5-Based Senova D Sedan

The car you see pictured here is the Senova D sedan from China's Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co. or simply BAIC, and under its body shell, elements of which will likely remind you of several other cars, is the platform and engine technology from the previous generation Saab 9-5, the rights for which the company acquired from General Motors in 2009.

It is the production version of last year's C70G and it was formally introduced to the world at last month's Shanghai Auto Show. The reason why we're talking about it now is that BAIC announced on Monday that the Senova D went on sale in China and Hong Kong (which is a special administrative region of China).

Renault Captur RS Not Coming Yet, But Remains a Possibility…

Since there are so many hatchback-based front-wheel drive crossovers cropping up in the market, why not also try to turn them into hot hatches? It’s not the worst marketing decision the automakers that offer them could make, so why not give it a shot? One of these vehicles that could get a performance version is the Renault Captur, but according to a report by GoAuto, such a model is not planned yet, but it’s not out of the books either. One Very Alert Moscow Driver Shows Us How to Avoid an Accident

There's always a little bit of luck involved when one manages to escape an accident or a series of mishaps on the road, but we're going to say that this particular Russian driver was also very alert and capable behind the wheel.

The person at fault here was driving a silver sedan as he or she decided literally the last second to re-enter the Moscow-area highway forcing the black Ford Escape to make a sudden move to the left lane and in turn, block the road of our protagonist in the camera-equipped car.

All-New and All-Important Peugeot 308 Hatchback Breaks Cover

Meet the new Peugeot 308; redesigned from the ground up to be a much more distinctive car than lackluster model it replaces. Gone is the bubbly styling and awkward proportioning, and in its place, we have a sleeker looking model with the wheels pushed back to the corners – it’s not bad. This is a more mature-looking hatch, with more chiseled features, clearer lines and a very stout and purposeful rear end.

At the front the, the 4.25 meter-long 308 sports an adaptation of Peugeot's new family face, featuring slim full-LED headlamps which, according to the French brand, are “standard on the majority of trim levels and a world-first in the segment” – we thought the SEAT Leon was first, though, only high-spec cars get the swanky new diodes, so that must count too.

Harris Pits Audi R8 V10 Plus Against Porsche’s 911 Turbo S and 750 HP Tuned Nissan GT-R

Chris Harris always seems to like comparative tests better than single-car reviews, simply because there is more to talk about, analyze and/or examine. Each of the chosen cars is driven in turn, and at the end, conclusions are drawn.

This time, he has chosen an Audi R8 V10 Plus, a Porsche 997 Turbo S and a Nissan GT-R. However, as he himself admits, just bringing any old GT-R wouldn’t do the competition justice (in terms of price, at least), so what he’s actually brought to the track is a Litchfield-tuned car, which reportedly has around 750 hp, a revised chassis and ceramic brakes.

China too is faced with the same issues, despite the fact that they can improve the charging network on a much larger scale, and can do so with more ease than some other countries, where change is brought about more slowly.

It really doesn’t take a hugely powerful car to pin you hard on the seat so that you can’t reach a 100 dollar bill stuck on the dashboard, and which you were instructed to grab while the vehicle was accelerating. I remember seeing something like this on a TV show, which was attempted in a stock BMW Z4 (not sure which one) and it proved successful – the banknote stayed on the dash.

We therefor suspect that this video has an entirely different purpose altogether. Why? Well, because the professional model (named Kayla) who is to attempting to get in touch with Benjamin is not wearing a great deal of clothes and she could objectively be called good looking.

Also, its interior displays little design flair over the previous generation, and coupled with the loss of identity (can be confused with the 5-Series and vice-versa), some buyers may shy away from the Bavarian automaker, and try out a new Lexus IS, like the one filmed here by Winding Road.

Renault Reportedly Killed Off Modern Interpretation of R4 for Captur

It’s clear that Renault thinks retro-modern looks are still in fashion, as the next Twingo will bear more than just a passing resemblance to the Clio’s precursor, the R5. However, according to GoAuto, the French automaker was planning one more retro model, which was going to harken back to the R4, which is an even older rhombus-badged small hatchback introduced in 1961.

It seems that Renault’s former management, led by ex-COO Patrick Pelata who was forced to step down in 2011, was really interested in the creation of a heavily retro-influenced car with R4 styling cues, and that development of the vehicle had already commenced and was well underway.

2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Brochure Leaks Online Revealing the Car in Detail

The clock might be ticking quickly for the world premiere of the all new, and very important for a number of reasons, 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan, at a special event in Hamburg, Germany, next week on Wednesday, May 15 (watch the reveal live here), but the internet never rests…

On top of all the other official and unofficial leaks ranging from the front-end picture of the luxury full-size sedan to images of a toy die-cast model, we now have a brochure of the W222-codenamed Mercedes S-Class, courtesy of a reader of the Germancarforum.

The German-language brochure scans provide a clearer look at the new S-Class' more chiseled and cleaner exterior body that does away with the bloated fenders and gains a swoopier profiler that continues to remind us of the brand's smaller CLA and CLS four-door coupes.

The interior had already been shown by Mercedes-Benz itself recently, and besides the completely new design that blends classic and modern lines to create what could be one of the best looking cabins in the segment and not only, it also comes with a raft of new technology and comfort features.

These range from the twin 12.3 inch TFT screens for the instrument panel and infotainment system to a sophisticated climate control system with active perfuming and filtering of the air, and in a world first, heated armrests all around, just to mention a few.

Audi's TT Undergoes Strict Diet to Become the Ultra Quattro Concept [55 Photos and Video]

Audi has been a pioneer of sorts in the industry in recent years with the extensive use of aluminum for its cars, but with the new TT Ultra Quattro Concept, the brand with the four rings went one step further cutting a whopping 300 kilograms or a little over 660 pounds over the regular TT S Coupe, upon which it is based.
